La cuvée gastronomique de Manissy. Un Tavel de haut vol : de la couleur, de la puissance et de la complexité. La Langoustière fait référence à notre plus beau terroir de Tavel où s’épanouissent nos vignes les plus anciennes, cultivées depuis toujours en biodynamie. Sur cette parcelle se situe une source où, selon la légende, se trouvaient des petites écrevisses nommées "langoustes".
